We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to enrich the customer's purchase journey. This role requires someone who can shape our brand image by understanding consumer insights and executing marketing campaigns tailored to their needs.

Job Summary
  • This is a strategic leadership position that oversees the development and maintenance of our visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
About the Role
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Define and refine our unique value proposition to resonate with the target audience and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage brand equity, tracking key metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Build and manage a high-performing brand team, providing guidance and direction to achieve brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape through market research, informing brand decisions.
  • Develop and manage resources effectively to achieve brand goals.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure branding success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring and influencing others.
  • Analytical mindset using data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in brand management software and marketing tools.
  • A passion for brand-building and deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
