As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with an MBA in Finance or equivalent qualifications. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualifications
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT skills, particularly budget and accounts software
