What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team?

  1. Perform Cost release for New Products
  2. Optima Surcharge Maintenance and review accuracy of Surcharge pushdowns
  3. Clear Open Item for failure cases auto invoice posting
  4. Run and Review exception report to identify purchase and sales difference, (CX1, CX2 Export and Inventory) and take necessary action
  5. Analysis of Purchase Price Variance & there push down to other subsidiaries
  6. Perform Inventory clearing
  7. Perform Cost of Goods Sold analysis take vital action
  8. Perform Month End Closing - Margin/Variable cost
  9. Lease Contract accounting
  10. Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting
  11. Supporting Statutory audit closure and interacting with auditors, issue resolution, etc.
  12. Monthly GL Analysis
  13. Monthly/Quarterly/yearly reporting
  14. Posting Rule based and Judgement based entries.
Who are you…

You are an Analyst -

  1. Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs.
  2. Implement intercompany transactions.
  3. Perform the entire range of activities pertaining to Costing, Fixed assets and closing books of accounts.
  4. Support Statutory audit and other activities
  5. Perform all the compliances as per SOX guidelines.

You connect the dots -

  1. Ensure that all the accounting is in compliance with the US GAAPs.
  2. Ensure the effective controls are maintained to achieve high accuracy as per the internal company guidelines.

You are a collaborator -

  1. Review and timely resolution of all audit queries.
  2. Review the SOP periodically and recommend vital changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant collaborators.

You are an innovator -

  1. Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
What you'll need…(Required)
  1. Any Graduate or CWA.
  2. 1-2 years.
  3. SAP Experience.
  4. Experience in supply chain/costing activities and closing.
What you'll need…(Preferred):
  1. Strong communication
  2. Proven understanding of MS Office
  3. Sophisticated knowledge of Cost and Plant accounting.
