E Commerce Product Listing Manager

Seeking a talented individual for a full-time or part-time role in our home-based team.
We are a rapidly growing company that provides comprehensive training to outstanding candidates who can excel in this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Create and manage product listings on various online sales channels.
- Provide professional customer service via email or phone regarding products and orders.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through new stock entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking high-quality product photos, editing, and uploading them on online marketplaces.
- Ensuring all products have detailed descriptions, features, and benefits listed.
- Reviewing product listings and updating descriptions as necessary.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Managing inventory, printing shipping labels, and maintaining tracking records.
- Conducting regular price checks to ensure competitive pricing.
- Analyzing competitor activity and pricing to protect market share.
- Keeping each marketplace updated with the latest products and promotions.
- Overseeing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic to advanced Photoshop or photo-editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Competent use of Word, Excel, and the internet.
- Understanding of online sales strategies and principles.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills.
