Key E-commerce and Digital Marketing Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive.

This role involves managing the entire product listing cycle on Shopify, writing clear and appealing product descriptions, and making product listings live/unlive. The ideal candidate will also have experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, designing and scheduling newsletters for seasonal promos and product launches.

The successful candidate will handle online customer queries, support requests, and order follow-ups, collaborating closely with retail/logistics teams for smooth returns or exchanges. A creative mindset with an eye for visuals, layout, and user experience is essential for this role.

Our ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, strong knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp, excellent English writing skills, and coordination ninja skills. Bonus points if you have experience with Canva or any basic graphic tools and familiarity with fashion/luxury retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings on Shopify, including making them live/unlive, updating collections, tags, and inventory.
  • Design and schedule newsletters for seasonal promos and product launches using Mailchimp.
  • Handle online customer queries, support requests, and order follow-ups, collaborating closely with retail/logistics teams.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
