About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and solution-oriented professional to join our Solution Centre Department. This role is central to designing, optimizing, and proposing control system solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review RFQs and ensure design solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of PLC/DSC-based control systems and SCADA systems.
  • Estimate and propose brown field jobs with additional advantage.
  • Perform effort estimation for engineering, construction, and testing works, and develop project execution plans.
  • Provide sales support for key proposals against RFQs received.
  • Coordinate proposals and follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Support the team in taking multiple quotes from new and existing vendors.
  • Develop standard procedures and write high-level execution philosophies, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Knowledge and experience in field instrumentation selections and cost-optimized solutions.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
