Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and development efforts, defining product requirements, user experiences, and ensuring successful product delivery and launch.

This is a high-impact position that requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product strategy and development efforts
  2. Define product requirements and user experiences
  3. Ensure successful product delivery and launch

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility
  2. Proven track record working with B2C products from conception to launch
  3. Extensive experience with the full lifecycle of user experience optimization, including user research, journey mapping, and metrics-driven improvements
  4. Startup experience required, with preference for experience at US-based startups
  5. Must provide portfolio or case studies of consumer-facing products you've managed with measurable outcomes and impact

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision.
  2. Strong ability to serve as an effective bridge between engineering and operations teams.
  3. Exceptional skill in translating day-to-day operational requirements into clear product features and technical specifications.
  4. Deep experience working in lean and agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  5. Expertise in building pragmatic, lean MVPs for efficiently testing outcomes and hypotheses.
  6. Strong data analysis capabilities to make informed product decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
  8. Ability to balance competing priorities and manage scope effectively.
