We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to drive the future development of our BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise in .Net and LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in emerging Web technologies, including Web 2.0, to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional problem-solving skills through effective communication and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional programming experience, fluency in related technologies, and strong Object Oriented Programming skills. Project management skills and system architecture design are significant advantages. Fluency in oral and written English is a bonus.

Requirements
  • .Net Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience in Core .Net Framework 1.1-2.0 architecture and its class libraries.
    • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming skills.
  • LAMP Specialist Qualifications:
    • Comfortable working with open source tools, including Linux, UNIX, and MySQL.
    • Proficiency in AJAX, XML, and PHP.
