Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Commercial market-focused solutions
  • Product Effectiveness: Solutions against market expectations and competition
  • Product Enhancement: Upgrading products with sales cycles to maintain competitiveness and generate market penetration, impacting revenue streams
  • Conceiving, Planning, Designing, and Implementing Policies and Plans from Product Business Requirement Documents to Architect and Final Finished Products, Upgrade, and Cyber Security

In collaboration with senior leadership:

  • Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as a web-based business, including competitive services, innovation opportunities, and marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles
  • Assess technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede business success
  • Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and deployment stacks) for delivering the company's services
  • Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for evaluating, developing, and deploying all web-based services
  • Develop product strategies within commercial perspectives, understanding market audience needs in the commercial domain and offering comprehensive solutions through technology

Collaborating with finance and country teams:

  • Ensure effective implementation of the technology department and compliance with financial plans
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers for business-related technologies
  • Oversee annual and project-specific audit processes within the country program

Management and Organizational Development:

  • Provide leadership support to technology teams and promote best practices
  • Coordinate regular reviews and updates of tech team resources policies and procedures for the business, ensuring compliance with the business startup strategy
  • Recruit top talent in the market for the technology segment and ensure the country senior management team is effective and involved in decision-making
