Computer Support Specialist Job

We are seeking an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Gujrat, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals
  • Setting up new user accounts, passwords, and profiles
  • Educating users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques
  • Escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
