Job Title: Chief Protection Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Protection Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets from harm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team effectively, and have a strong understanding of protection protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the protection team to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
  • To develop and implement effective protection policies and procedures.
  • To conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure a secure and safe environment.
  • To provide training and guidance to protection staff.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as protection management or law enforcement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a protection leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of protection protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
