The Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review emails, memos, and official documents.
- Facilitate communication between departments on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in strategic projects and monitor progress.
- Conduct research and provide insights on business initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate special projects as assigned.
- Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of executive events and engagements.
