Job Details

The Senior Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of essential materials, technical equipment, utilities, and office commodities from both national and international suppliers.

This position requires effective negotiation with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing, while maintaining accurate inventory levels and adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of packaging materials, technical equipment & devices, and utilities from national and international suppliers.
  • Purchasing Strategy: Assist in planning and managing the purchasing strategy for equipment and supplies.
  • Supplier Information: Maintain and update supplier information, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to evaluate new suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing procurement reports and analyzing purchasing trends.
Requirements:
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Procurement Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
