Senior Financial Analyst Position

We seek a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to take charge of high-impact financial reporting, enhance operational efficiency, and mentor a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Financial Reporting

  • Drive Audits & Compliance
  • Manage Taxation & Filing

  • Support Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Drive Strategic Decisions
Key Tasks:
  • Prepare Complex Reports
    Present clear, actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage Key Accounts
    Reconcile bank, inventory, and fixed asset accounts with accuracy.
  • Audit & Compliance Oversight
    Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Taxation & Filing
    Ensure accurate and timely filing of all taxes.
  • Internal Controls Enhancement
    Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    Lead, mentor, and develop junior accountants for exceptional performance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Support
    Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strategic Financial Insights
    Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Certification:
    CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification desired.
  • Experience:
    4+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  • Skills:
    Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership & Team:
    Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Analysis & Problem-Solving:
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Communication:
    Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

Ongoing projects demand collaboration, analysis, and decision-making, often requiring extended hours during critical deadlines.
