About the Role:
  • Account Management:
    • Nurture and manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in both domestic and international markets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them.
    • Conduct market competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our solutions effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of the IT industry.
  • Banking Sector Experience: Prior experience in the banking sector, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in delivering IT solutions to financial institutions.
