This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Order Verification Specialist.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to play a key role in minimizing fake orders and improving the order fulfillment rate. As an Order Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for confirming and verifying customer orders through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm online orders.
  • Verify order details including name, address, and payment method.
  • Handle basic customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Report daily confirmed/canceled orders to the team lead.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch and support teams for smooth order processing.

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional phone manner are also essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.

Basic knowledge of eCommerce or online order processing is a plus. We are looking for a punctual, responsible, and eager-to-learn individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
