Contact Center Agent Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires a strong communication skillset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to customer emails and chats in a timely manner.
  • Providing product information and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards as set by management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to speak English fluently and have excellent active listening skills. You should also be comfortable working in a night shift environment and be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of 40,000 to 75,000 plus commissions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
