As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in leading strategic initiatives and managing projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, collaborating with internal teams and clients to define requirements and manage progress.
  • Communicating project roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
  • Cultivating strong working relationships with project team members and functional partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 3+ years of related industry experience managing moderately sized projects and programs.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion against risks and schedule constraints.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management processes, tools, templates, reporting methods, and management techniques.
