**About the Role**

This Senior PHP and WordPress Backend Developer position is a critical member of our development team. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in backend web development to help us deliver innovative web applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing robust backend systems using PHP and WordPress
  • Developing efficient and scalable solutions for web applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of UI and UX components

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong skills in PHP and WordPress development, as well as experience with RESTful APIs and database management.

What You'll Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in backend web development, with a focus on WordPress and PHP
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL with experience in writing optimized SQL queries
  • Bonus: Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean) and CI/CD pipelines

You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain web applications that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
