Project Budget Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Budget Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will lead the development of project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
  • Track financial results regularly, comparing them to key financial targets, and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and plans, providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
About the Role
  1. Prepare financial information, including revenues, expenditures, and cash management, to ensure all operations are within approved limits.
  2. Research, develop, and analyze operational cost and expenditure data, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs, and making recommendations regarding budget expenditures.
  3. Implement measures to optimize project costs, ensuring that spending aligns with approved budgets.
  4. Evaluate budget proposals and financial requests for viability, providing critical insights into the financial feasibility of proposed projects.
  5. Supervise the team, developing a collaborative and high-performing work environment, resulting in a motivated and high-performing team contributing to the financial success of projects.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards, promoting compliance with financial policies, mitigating risks, and ensuring financial integrity.
