We are looking for a skilled e-commerce professional to join our team and drive the success of our clients' online sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, with 5-10 years of experience scaling online stores and managing marketplace sales in European and U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies for clients, aligned with their business objectives. This will include defining clear e-commerce goals for client growth, focusing on increasing sales, improving user experience, and expanding market presence.

  • Oversee Website and Marketplace Sales:
  • Provide strategic direction for clients e-commerce websites, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), and other sales platforms.
  • Drive e-commerce sales by optimising product listings, enhancing SEO, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will also have excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

E-Commerce Expertise:

  • Expertise in managing and optimising product listings, pricing strategies, SEO, and product content.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), and marketplaces.

Tech Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques (e.g., PPC, SEO, email marketing), and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Results-driven and analytical individual with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in e-commerce strategies.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and stay ahead of evolving trends and technologies in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and SEO to improve user experience and increase sales.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of e-commerce solutions.
