eCommerce Store Manager
Description:An online store manager plays a crucial role in the success of an e-commerce platform. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all products listed are up-to-date, accurate, and appealing to customers.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining and updating product files with relevant details such as names, descriptions, SKUs, HS Code, Product Weight, VAT Category, B2C sales prices (without VAT), B2B Sales Price, and Placement on Website – category.
- Collaborating with the developer team to upload product listings on time, ensuring all details are complete and accurate.
- Stock and Inventory management involves monitoring stock levels, identifying low or out-of-stock items, and placing orders accordingly.
- Processing daily orders and overseeing sales performance.
- Addressing operational issues, including store housekeeping, administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, and order documentation.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably working with Amazon Stores or Web Stores.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Strong experience in store operation management and customer service.
- Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles.
