Lead Accountant

Career Corner is seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to lead accounting functions efficiently. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and a strong background in eCommerce financial operations.

  • Oversight of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Generation and maintenance of accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
  • Leadership in quarterly/year-end closing, tax filings, and audit preparation.
  • Integration of QuickBooks Online with platforms like Amazon and eBay for efficient data management.
  • Management of eCommerce-specific financial tasks, including inventory management, returns, product costing, and multi-channel sales reconciliation.
  • Compliance with U.S. tax laws, sales tax, and financial regulations.
  • Identification of cost-saving opportunities and recommendation of operational improvements.
  • Continuously optimization of financial workflows and systems.
  • Ensurance of seamless financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial data with business goals.

Professional Qualification & Experience:

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance, preferably in the eCommerce industry.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (system setup, integration, and daily operations).
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel eCommerce platforms like Amazon and eBay.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Salary:

$1400,000 - $2000,000 per year.
