We are seeking a seasoned Airport Operations Manager to lead our Quetta station and drive excellence in ground handling services.

A highly respected organization in the aviation industry is looking for an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day operations at our Quetta airport location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.

  • Maintain strong relationships with airline partners, airport authorities, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

  • Monitor financial performance, budget management, and cost control initiatives to optimize station profitability.

  • Foster a high-performing team environment through effective leadership, workforce planning, and staff development programs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for airline and airport-related escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aviation, ground handling, or logistics, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

  • Strong understanding of airport operations, client service delivery, and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Residency in Quetta or willingness to relocate to this strategic location.
