Job Title: Business Development Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Professional to generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, building relationships, and initiating the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can identify decision-makers within target accounts, engage them effectively, and schedule demos to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound messages and emails to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify outbound leads to create a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Generate interest and schedule demos with prospective clients.
  • Achieve consistent results through the accurate maintenance and update of prospect data in CRM systems.
  • Foster collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to Account Executive.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue generation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email marketing tools, cold calling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
