Job Opportunity: HR Manager (Night Shift)

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager, Night Shift. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage HR projects, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Retention Programs: Design and implement retention programs to reduce turnover and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Pakistani labor laws.
Requirements:
  • HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices is essential.
  • Experience: Experience in employee relations, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance is mandatory.
  • Project Management: Experience managing HR projects and coordinating with other departments is required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are necessary.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
