Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Professional to join our team at Alam Energy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing human resources practices to support growth and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  4. Human Capital Management: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  5. HR System Development: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  6. Culture Building: Nurture a positive working environment.
  7. Performance Appraisal: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  8. Pay Plan and Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  9. Training Needs Assessment: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  10. Decision Support: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  11. Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing and developing human resources practices to support business growth and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruiting and selecting talent, and building a positive working culture.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with a strong understanding of employment regulations.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
