Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations. This includes centralized key responsibilities such as maintaining and controlling meter reading/bill distribution contracts for domestic, industrial, and commercial customers.

  • You will process contractors' invoices after verification and prepare RS invoices for the finance department.
  • Your duties will also include tendering processes for meter reading/bill distribution contracts.
  • Monitoring contractors' performance according to Terms of Reference (TOR) is another essential aspect of this role.
  • You will manage Balance of Quantity (BOQ) and Purchase Order (PO).
