Doctors (2)

We require MBBS/Qualified Doctors with at least 1 year of experience. Preference will be given to those with government hospital/institution experience. Knowledge and expertise on STIs treatment/HIV prevention are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake patient consultations and physical examinations
• Prescribe, monitor and administer medication
• Assess and plan treatment requirements
• Promote health education

Admin & Finance Assistant (2)

Candidates should have a CMA/CA Inter degree with 3 years of experience or a B.Com/BBA/Bachelor in Accounts/Finance degree with 5 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Community Counsellor (1)

We seek a Masters in Psychology with 1 year of experience or a Bachelors in Psychology with 3 years of experience. The role involves counselling and dealing with the community. Proficiency in MS Office and Presentation skills is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential counselling services to clients
• Develop and implement community outreach programs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery

Office Assistant (1)

The ideal candidate should have a FA/Inter degree with 2 years of experience or a Matric pass with 5 years of experience. Local residents from the community will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Perform other duties as assigned

Health Care Worker (2)

We require Graduation/Equivalent Diploma holders in Primary Health care with 3 years of experience or Intermediate/Equivalent Diploma in Primary Health with 5 years of experience. Association with Pakistan Nursing Council is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary healthcare services to clients
• Develop and implement health education programs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery

Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge (1)

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role of Field Staff. The ability to work with community people on Health/HIV issues is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach programs
• Supervise field staff and ensure effective service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery

Outreach Worker (8)

Preferably literate candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in the field for marginalized people are required. Willingness to achieve community targets and knowledge of Health Issues & HIV are added advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach activities in the community
• Provide health education and counseling services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery

Security Guard (2)

Applicants should have a Matric/Middle Pass with 3 years of experience. Physical fitness, smartness, and loyalty are required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and safety of the premises
• Monitor and report any incidents or suspicious activity
• Perform other duties as assigned
