Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager - Projects to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Project Execution: Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between stakeholders, team members, and the President.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-4 years of Project Management and Digital Marketing experience with a Computer Sciences background
