Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product development, manage costing and negotiate prices with suppliers to drive business growth.
  • Monitor the sampling approval process, handle lab dips, bulk color and quality submissions to ensure timely project execution.
  • Frequently update internal stakeholders on production status and shipment details to foster open communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field to understand design principles and aesthetic appeal.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in Socks manufacturing to leverage industry expertise.
  • Knowledge of Socks construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques to create innovative products.
