Product Lifecycle Management Specialist

As a key member of our product development team, you will serve as the system Super User for PLM, owning spec and BOM creation for multiple products across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain Parent-level specs, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system (materials, surfaces, packaging, cost inputs).
- Track revisions with full versioning logic across NPD, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
- Uphold global data standards and field-level validation rules; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries.
- Support seasonal update cycles, spec finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
Requirements include:
- Hands-on experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Centric, Bamboo Rose, Backbone, Airtable).
- Strong grasp of product hierarchy, BOMs, and revision management.
- Able to manage hundreds of SKUs with high precision and clear documentation trails.
