We are looking for a Financial Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for supervising the bookkeeping function and preparing management accounts for our clients based in the UAE.

You will also be expected to supervise and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of accountants
  • Prepare management accounts for clients based in the UAE
  • Oversee the bookkeeping function
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of practice experience as an accountant or financial supervisor
  • ACCA qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
