About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather knowledge of the codebase technologies and industry trends;
  • Develop and share expertise on technologies and architectures;
  • Collaborate with other leads and seniors to ensure delivery of high-quality software;
  • Promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices;
  • Lead technical projects and guide team efforts towards successful delivery;
  • Impact the direction and scope of the technical vision within your stream;
  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, design, UX, CLM, and strategy teams;
  • Hire talented engineers to build high-performing teams;
  • Owning business KPIs as a conduit to product and business functions;
  • Ensure technical decisions align with the company's vision.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience;
  • In-depth understanding of open source technologies;
  • Knowledge of web application frameworks;
  • Experience with source code control, build process management, CI/CD, and automated testing;
  • Understanding of creating and architecting scalable systems;
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills;
  • Experience working on high-traffic web products;
  • Agile methodologies experience;
  • Good product, design, and UX principles understanding;
  • Web applications analysis, design, coding, and implementation experience.
