Accounts Payable Expert

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes. Key responsibilities include processing incoming invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and verifying invoice accuracy.

Key Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Business or Accounting degree is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication with vendors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable process. They will work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

  1. Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals who can adapt to changing priorities.
  2. Candidates with excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The successful candidate will spend their day processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing for month-end close while utilizing tools such as Excel and ERP software. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless AP process execution.
