About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, as well as experience working with integrated Enterprise Systems applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms.
  • Administration: Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • User Configuration: Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new users.
  • Analysis: Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and implement appropriate changes.
  • Documentation: Create and update documentation for different audiences within the team.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a user-facing technical support or application support role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is required.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately and efficiently.
  • A technical background with a general understanding of business systems is necessary.
