Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our cloud-first team at cloudpso. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work on cutting-edge cloud projects, collaborate with innovative colleagues, and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems using Python and leading frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services, APIs, and authentication solutions with Azure, OKTA, and JumpCloud.
  • Develop and implement task scheduling, multithreading, and asynchronous programming techniques to optimize system performance.
  • Work closely with engineers to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and advancements in the field of cloud computing and Python development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python, Django, and FastAPI.
  • Experience with Angular frontend is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in database management, including MySQL and Postgres.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, Azure APIs, and OKTA APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and user management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
