Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Cloud Core Network Service Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering and supporting CS/IMS/PS core network products, including equipment commissioning, debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and HLD/LLD Design. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery and Support: Responsible for planning and designing HLD/LLD documents, deploying cloud core network elements, installing and commissioning software, integrating network elements, migrating subscribers/traffic, upgrading and expanding existing network elements, understanding network KPIs, and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Technical Training and Guidance: Provide technical training, guidance, and communication for on-site maintenance engineers and customers.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission MSS/MGW and HSS/STP/PCRF, with hands-on experience preferred on Huawei platforms.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in ECE/Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience: Working experience on IMS interworking entities, nodes, call flows, interfaces, and protocols like Diameter, SIP, SS7 Signaling, etc.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud and open-stack concepts, NFV, SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experiences
  • Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
  • Card / Hardware / Module level understanding for NE.
  • Installation and Commissioning for MSS/MGW and HSS/STP/PCRF hands on experience (Huawei Preferred).
  • Nodes understanding (EPC, MME, PGW, SGW, SGSN GGSN, PCRF, USN, UGW, Switches, Routers),5GC(AMF,UDM).
  • Working experience on IMS interworking entities (P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and interfaces.
  • Call Flows and in-depth NE understanding.
  • Interfaces and Protocols like Diameter, SIP, SS7 Signaling, etc.
  • Cloud and open-stack knowledge is plus.
  • Cloud NFV & Cloud SAAS, IAAS and PAAS basic knowledge is plus.
  • CUPS knowledge is Plus.
  • Knowledge of VoWifi with ePDG is plus.
  • Basic IP knowledge to work on layer 2 level.
  • Understanding of 5GC network elements.
