Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Lead all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to foundry operations.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Support procurement and production departments with cost analysis and financial planning.
- Prepare management reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial regulations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
