Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Creative Specialist to lead our team in end-to-end design and development. As a key member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, develop your expertise, and make a lasting impact on our brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design process for multiple projects, including books, card games, websites, posters, and other related products, from concept development to final execution.
  2. Carry out administrative tasks as requested.
  3. Create websites and add/edit features on existing websites.
  4. Assist in content writing where appropriate.
  5. Generate fresh and innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of design to create unique and visually stunning products.
  6. Utilize industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to craft exceptional cover designs, illustrations, layouts, typography, and other visual elements.
  7. Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and samples to gather feedback and iterate on designs, striving for excellence.
  8. Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences through continuous research and learning.
  9. Ensure that final deliverables consistently meet high-quality standards, effectively communicating the intended message and capturing the essence of each project.
