Job Title: Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and Organizing: Develop and implement production plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, maintaining high quality standards and meeting production targets.
  • 5S Implementation: Lead the implementation of 5S principles throughout the production area, promoting a safe and organized working environment.
  • Quality and Quantity: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are produced in sufficient quantities to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Time and Motion Study: Knowledge of time and motion study techniques, with the ability to analyze and optimize production processes.
  • Team Building: Strong team building skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Pressure Bearing: Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Production Management Techniques: Familiarity with production management techniques, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Professional Attitude: A professional attitude, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Labor Relations: Ability to deal with labor amicably, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive working relationship with employees.
