Production Supervisor in Garment Factory

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise Stitching Operators and Line Leaders.
  2. Develop flow of machines with respect to garment construction or make changes if needed.
  3. Set production and quality targets for operators and ensure completion.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with team members on quality and production figures.
  5. Check performance of operators, guide them on faults, and change operators if necessary.
  6. Update all team members and other buyers' requirements and standards regarding production and quality.
  7. Train personnel periodically if required.
  8. Inspect the register of Induction, Offline, and Accessories from Line Leader on a daily basis.
Job Specification

Data & Figures:

  1. Forward factual data to the Assistant Production Manager and respective seniors.
  2. Analyze daily to check the following:
    1. Performance of operators.
    2. Maintain the Receiving Register and Induction Receiving Register on a daily basis.
