Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to drive our business insights and analytics initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and leverage their expertise in data visualization, reporting, and advanced analytics to inform business decisions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using Power BI and other tools.

They will work closely with our team of developers to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently, plan their work effectively, and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools to present complex data insights in an intuitive and engaging manner.
  2. Business Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. System Development: Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using SQL Server, T-SQL queries, and other relevant technologies.
  4. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, T-SQL queries, and MS Excel/Word macros.
  • Methodologies: Experience working with Agile (Kanban and Scrum) methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
