INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Finance Executive - Business Intelligence to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. What You'll Lead And Deliver

• Compile, analyze, and present monthly management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time to senior management.
• Highlight key financial metrics, operational performance, and variance analysis.
• Calculate and review WIP to assess project progress and profitability.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather inputs and validate financial treatment of WIP.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Prepare detailed monthly P&L forecasts for financial visibility.
• Collaborate across departments to gather budget assumptions and prepare the annual budget.
• Monitor variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for financial and operational data visualization.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, dynamic, and stakeholder-specific.
• Update data models and integrate new data sources as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly to ensure accurate financial records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain reliable data.
• Perform data cleansing activities to improve data quality.
• Analyze and report product-level profitability to support strategic pricing and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper allocation of revenues and costs to product categories.
• Present insights on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Provide analytical support and financial insights to facilitate business decisions.

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist with 2-4 years relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Power BI is essential, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report automation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
