Pharmacy Manager

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail pharmacist to join our team as a pharmacy manager. In this role, you will be responsible for running the retail pharmacy independently, ensuring that all prescription processing is carried out efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Process prescriptions accurately and within a timely manner.
- Provide expert advice and counseling to patients on their medication and treatment options.
- Verify customer purchases at point of sale to ensure they receive the correct prescription(s).
- Maintain accurate computerized records and oversee daily cash management, sales, and purchasing activities.
- Supervise and train pharmacy support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Sell healthcare and other products, such as toiletries and cosmetics, to customers while promoting sales and developing the business.
- 2-3 years experience as a retail pharmacist or manager.
- Honest and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge, including understanding of medical terminology and computer operations.
- Knowledge of medication brands and generic names, as well as effective customer handling skills.
