Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning models across our portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation in various industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deploy AI/ML models to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work in AI/ML.
  3. Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
  4. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn; and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  5. Leadership Skills: Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams.
  6. Execution Focused: Ability to deliver high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Creative Problem-Solving: An entrepreneurial mindset capable of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  8. Detail-Oriented: Precision in project planning, coding, and execution.
