Technical Team Lead and Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead and Mobile Application Developer to spearhead our technical team's efforts in developing innovative mobile applications.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager and Mobile Application Developer to utilize their skills in project scoping, feasibility study, requirement gathering, planning, system analysis & design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality & people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform project planning, system analysis and design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality and people management tasks.
  2. Ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security and ease of maintenance.
  3. Lead, mentor and monitor the technical team to perform software development, implementation and support.
  4. Collaborate with a team of developers to enhance our product's digital experience and be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our product.
  5. Design, program, debug and test Android/iOS apps.
  6. Have experience on Web Services (REST/SOAP/Restful JSON).
  7. Implement new product features according to specifications and requirements.
  8. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices.
  9. Regularly perform code reviews.
  10. Diagnose issues and perform bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience on Mobile Application Development and 3 years hands-on IT project management experience.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience with React Native and GoLang.
