Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  3. Financial Transactions: Process payments, invoices, and rebate claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  5. Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring everyone stays updated on key practice developments.
  6. Publishing Tasks: Upload and schedule weekly blog posts and newsletters.

Skill Requirements:

  • Language Fluency: Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling (both verbal and written).
  • Efficient Email Handling: Ability to efficiently manage emails and compose professional, clear, and respectful communications.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Google Apps.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities and workflow as needed.
