Highly Skilled Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Leader to manage and mentor a team of developers while driving the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, experience in leading technical teams, and a passion for building scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Ensure best coding practices and performance optimization.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend applications.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional Python development experience, including leadership or team management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
The ideal candidate will be working according to North America time zone.
