Job Title:

Software Engineer Leader

Description of Position:

As a highly skilled Software Engineer Leader, you will work on our cutting-edge enterprise software for the homebuilding industry based in our Karachi office. You will be part of the resource-center team supporting the division-based R&D department. Working hours are until 5 pm Eastern North America time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality web-based land development software solutions.
  • Meet tight deadlines for work delivery.
  • Focus on user experience and operational success, creating products customers want for life.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to accelerate delivery.
  • Document system and implementation requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  2. Experience in building multi-tier, distributed web solutions.
  3. Knowledge of software development best practices in a multi-location, multi-developer environment.
  4. Proficiency in Web Applications using Angular v6+.
  5. Experience with ASP.NET Web APIs.
  6. Strong command of C# (.NET 4.8), OOP patterns, and frameworks.
  7. Knowledge of .NET Core is a plus.
  8. Experience with SQL and Stored Procedures (MS SQL 2017+).
  9. Nice to have: BreezeJS library for client-side data management.
  10. Prior experience with vertical ERP systems is a plus.
  11. Minimum 7+ years of professional experience.
